Interestingly, before Wimbledon, Kubler had not played on grass for two years.

Taylor Fritz:

Fritz reached the fourth round at Wimbledon for the first time in his career. Previously his best result was reaching the third round.

At the current tournament, Taylor has not lost a single set so far. Including Eastbourne International, where he took the title, Taylor’s winning streak now stands at seven matches.

In the third round of Wimbledon, Fritz defeated Alex Molcan (6-4, 6-1, 7-6) with surprising ease. It was only the third set which ended in a tie-break. Alex played noticeably worse the rest of the sets.

Early in the tournament, Fritz defeated Lorenzo Musetti (6-4, 6-4, 6-3) and Alastair Gray (6-3, 7-6, 6-3).
