Utah Jazz announces Quin Snyder will leave as head coach
“Quin Snyder has epitomized Utah basketball for the past eight years. The complete dedication in terms of his approach to his job and the absolute attention to detail that Quin demonstrates every day validates his professionalism. I admire Quin and I respect his decision.
On behalf of Ashley and I, along with the entire ownership group and our entire organization, we thank Quin and Amy from the bottom of our hearts for their contributions to jazz and the State of Utah. We wish them all the best,” said club owner Ryan Smith.
Snyder has been with Utah for eight years. During those years, the jazzmen have made the playoffs six times and finished first in the regular championship the last season.
At the helm of Utah, Snyder has 372 wins and 264 losses (59% win percentage). Only the legendary Jerry Sloan has won more with the Utah Jazz.
“Quin Snyder has embodied what Jazz basketball is for the last eight years. The tireless work ethic and attention to detail Quin displayed each day is a testament to the professional he is.”https://t.co/7qpTeydIux
